Therefore, because of this outstanding growth, we have restructured our customer service department and are adding a new commissioning team.
Your Personal Service Department will now be the instrument to maintain the highest level of customer service. Heading up our Newly Organized Customer Service Department is Justin Glover with over 15 years of experience with major corporations, such as Jaguar and Toyota.
In addition to restructuring our Customer Department, we have brought on board Outbound Yacht Service as our new Commissioning Team. Outbound offers outstanding working knowledge of electronics and all types of marine installations.
In order to offer our clients even greater support and turn-around time Beneteau has developed a New WEB based for customer ordering & warranty service. This has increased response time to our valued customers with greater efficiency.
Sailboats Inc is now the largest volume dealership in North America responsible to over 250 customers for service and warranty. We are always searching for solutions to make our service better and have decided that adding a new commissioning team; new customer service department and WEB based approach will provide that extra but necessary step to service our customers.
